NVP IS THE "MVP"

THANK YOU.

if you had to design a person to carry a message for the subject of statistics, and that in it's purest form of teaching it, there was just one man ,my statistics lecturer. An exceptional man and clearly an exceptional teacher. An ambassador for both the subject and the profession ,and being true to it ,he promotes it better than one can imagine. A perfect definition of hard work, a systematic person and an extremely honest man and most of all a fantastic human being sums up a man who undoubtedly crosses the average.

Assigned as the class teacher for a class of 100, largely filled with loons and transforming them into students through teaching and seeing them off by leaving the most wonderful yet unforgettable impact is by no means an inconsiderable task, but he's one person, the only person, whose done it and done it his way, the way that has changed lives.

"walk the talk" is the name of his game , he teaches at a standard that even ca teachers fail to match up to at times . Regular classes, great attendance, no proxies, comprehensive class notes and a spotless record book with each of his student  showed that teaching meant no small business to this man, who has now created a benchmark of his own . He stirs controversial but conceptual conversations as he teaches, giving each person an opportunity to question, to understand and then to relate the topic to the syllabus. At the end of his class students walk out not only knowing the why but also the why not of each proposition.

Some understood him as a perfectionist, more so because of his inch perfect graphs and a handwriting which when the board was completed looked like a beautiful movie and there were  a few who felt that he was an iron fisted educator but to the masses he  still continues to be  a great teacher and a way of life. Once again THANK YOU PRAVEEN SIR.
